The site does not collect or add taxes. We ship to all European countries. The post office does not charge anything on small value items. DHL, FedEx is the only company which can charge you some small fee.

SEPA

The single euro payments area (SEPA) is a system of transactions created by the European Union (EU). SEPA payments are only used for euro-denominated transactions. When paying you only need back account number. You do the transaction using web banking. You pay directly from your bank account to LabMax bank account. SEPA is simply wire transfer within EU.

BitCoin

We accept bitcoin but with limited options, we cannot ship by express because the premium we pay to the couriers is high and we have to pay in hard currency. Also most high value orders cannot be paid in bitcoin. DHL, FedEx, Post Office does not accept bitcoin as payment. Also it cost us more to process and convert bitcoin to hard currency. To pay our bills we have to sell BitCoin, it cost on avage 20% fee when converting BitCoin to hard currency. For that reason payment in BitCoin is 20% higher.
